Our Call Center Staff: Telephone Triage Registered Nurses and Telephone Representatives

TeamHealth Medical Call Center realizes that the quality of our service begins with qualified and well-trained call center staff. Our highly developed training department is led by a full-time trainer and is dedicated to providing all aspects of training, including clinical structure of service, utilization of software, and customer service.

Due to the high level of service excellence and clinical standards set by TeamHealth Medical Call Center, our clinical staffing is comprised of well- trained and experienced registered nurses. TeamHealth Medical Call Center carefully selects each call center staff member to ensure the highest level of quality and productivity for our clients. A formal process is utilized to select qualified registered nurse telephone consultants. A progressive, ongoing training program is in place to ensure continued levels of high performance.

Our clinical experience includes serving pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations and healthcare expertise in a variety of clinical areas, such as emergency care, home health care, pediatrics, critical care, oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, geriatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, and general medicine.
