Community Triage

We offer community triage to be provided by hospitals to their communities for health information and nurse triage. These services improve the quality of healthcare in the community, increase the hospital’s market share and cross-selling opportunities, meet non-profit status requirements, and enhance appropriate ED utilization with the result of decompressing crowded EDs while increasing qualified ED referrals.

The return on investment for this service line can be proven by monitoring callers to determine where they enter back into your hospital for medical treatment. At the end of each triage, a physician referral can be given to assist with follow up. If the patient has an emergent outcome, we can help by referring the patient to a specific ED and provide reporting.
