A Milestone of Shared Success

Cindy ReedAs President of the TeamHealth Medical Call Center, it makes me proud to announce that we have crossed yet another milestone in the history of our company. This month will mark our 20th year in service! I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for being a vital and valued member of our story at THMCC.

What began as a small call center designed to handle the needs of TeamHealth’s physicians has grown to become the premier provider of medical call center services in the country. During the past 20 years, we have taken more than 9 million calls and have expanded our physician-focused services to include major universities, health plans, hospitals, and even home health and hospice organizations.

Simply put, wherever there has been a need, we have grown to meet it. Our sustained growth, superior patient satisfaction scores and client retention rates are testaments to that fact.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the support of our excellent team. Every one of you play a very important role in the continued development of our call center. It is your tireless commitment, enthusiasm, support and dedication that have brought us to this height. The Teamhealth Medical Call Center is what it is because of the efforts and contributions of its employees.

We are also grateful to our client partners who trust in us to help them provide medical care and guidance for their patients when it is most needed. The ever-changing demands, challenges and feedback from our clients have helped push us to improve what we do and how we do it. Our success story would be incomplete without their support. Not only have they made us a part of their lives and the lives of their patients, but also helped us reach out to other caregivers who needed our help. Our clients spread the word faster and in a better way than anything we could do on our own.

I can’t thank you enough for your contributions to THMCC on this special occasion. I want you to know you work for an amazing, strong and growing company, and we plan to keep growing and expanding our services for the next 20 years. With your support, we will continue to reach new heights and remain the best of the best in the medical call center world.
